2. Description of Service

ViaLens provides an AI-driven digital studio suite that allows users, e-commerce store owners, and businesses to generate AI product photos, UGC videos, ad copy, and visual content. Services are accessible through credit allocations and monthly/annual subscription plans.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal capacity in your jurisdiction to create an account and purchase subscriptions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment processing.

4. Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Pricing & Payments: All subscription plans and credit packages are clearly displayed on our Pricing page. Payments and billing are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the specified amounts.
• Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly from your account Billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate allocation of AI cloud computing resources and processing costs, purchases and generated credits are non-refundable once consumed. If you experience a billing error or technical issue preventing credit delivery, please contact us within 7 days at support@vialens.tech for a full review and resolution.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Licenses

• Platform Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the ViaLens platform, source code, logos, and features remain the exclusive property of ruyat almasar information technology llc.
• Generated Media Usage: Users retain full ownership and commercial rights to all output photos, videos, and copy generated through their paid usage on ViaLens. You may use these generated assets for commercial ads, e-commerce stores, social media, and marketing campaigns worldwide.
• User Content Responsibility: You represent and warrant that any media uploaded by you does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the ViaLens platform. Specifically, you shall not:

• Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, software, or backend infrastructure.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineering techniques against our AI tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, ruyat almasar information technology llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform or generated outputs.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
